About

Hi, I'm Sarah Curtis,

Clinical nutritionist and founder of Havanna Wellness in the beautiful Noosa Hinterland.   


I have personally had my own challenging health journey which has made me take radical responsibility for my health and deeply passionate about finding ways to support myself through nutrition, lifestyle, mindset, and biohacking tools. I am constantly amazed at how many incredible tools there are out there to improve the quality of our life through our health and this is what lights me up! I love empowering others on this journey as I know first hand the impact our daily decisions have on our bodies and in turn our whole life. 


I love waking up each day to the sound of birds and the smell of the rainforest. I am blessed to share Havanna with so many beautiful species of wildlife. I joined up as a member of the local 'Land For Wildlife' program to learn more about how I can support the land and the wildlife and take care of this beautiful property. 


In early 2021 I located this amazing property to design and deliver the ultimate  wellness retreat, housing some of the most advanced biohacking technology available. I immediately fell in love with the peace, tranquility, and natural beauty upon my first inspection. My dream for Havanna is to share my passion for health, wellness, longevity, and biohacking in this divine space, to inspire others to live life to their full wellness potential.

    Nestled on a secluded property in the Noosa Hinterlands, Havanna has been designed and developed with passion and a deep knowledge of the biohacking space. Havanna provides our guests with an incredible range of technology designed to provide an optimal wellness experience. 


    Our wellness centre includes a Sunlighten infrared sauna, Biocharger NG, Dreampod magnesium floatation tank, Joovve photo biomodulation light, Odin ice bath, Inversion table, all set on a private 10 acre parcel of paradise. There are also two beautiful yoga decks in the rainforest and a gorgeous walking track to immerse yourself in nature. 


    Havanna is the perfect place to relax and recharge your body and mind. Our programs are backed by science and tailored to your individual needs. We look forward to welcoming you and supporting you on your wellness journey.
