As much as we love all animals, we must adhere to a strict rule of no domestic pets

being brought onto the property. Due to the nature of our eco-retreat, our first

consideration is to the wildlife and preserving the habitat. We also do not wish for

your animal to come to any harm either. Other reasons include health, safety, and

hygiene for anyone with allergies, and keeping our villa clean. On top of this are

insurance issues. We thank you for your understanding.

No. Havanna Wellness is a strict no-smoking zone. This keeps our villa clean and

green and free of the potential dangers to spark fires.

Due to our insurance, equipment on site, swimming pool, and the fact that there is a

large, unfenced dam on the property, we do not allow guests under the age of 12.

Minors (12+) are still expected to be supervised for the safety of all concerned.

Yes. Your villa has a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster,

coffee machine, electric frying pan, cutlery, crockery, glassware, and even a fire pit

in your front garden area. As the closest supermarket is approx. 30 mins away, you

might like to bring your own food and make yourself at home.

Yes. Only five minutes down the road is the Noosa Habitat Eco-Campgrounds. It is

here that houses the fabulous CootharaBAR restaurant, gelato bar and micro-

brewery and bar. A further few minutes around the corner and you fall into the

quaint lake-side township of Boreen Point that houses The Appollonian Hotel, bar

and restaurant. Boreen Point also has a little coffee shop by the lake with takeaways

and standard convenience store supplies on offer.

Due to our insurance, we ask that we know exactly who is on the property at any

given time. This will need to be cleared by us in advance. We request emails and

contact numbers of every person coming onto the property to cover us, you and your

guests. The person booking may incur an extra fee for damages or for extra use of

supplies or equipment for example. We do not allow ‘sleepovers’ on the sofa for

example.

No. This is a Wellness Retreat and we have a very strict no parties policy. This is

not to say that we ban alcohol and fun, but we ask that you be mindful of your

consumption which can potentially lead to other issues. In the past, we have had

damages, spillages, and even vomiting. This will incur an extra cost. We also

expect music to be kept to a considerable volume. There can also be other guests in

the adjoining property who may wish for a tranquil stay. We thank you for your

understanding.

You can arrange extra payment for the Sauna, Ice Bath, and Treadmill ahead of time

if you wish, or if you decide last minute just send us a text. We will require a

screenshot of the additional payment to release the keypad code whereby you use

the equipment unsupervised. We ask that all guests read the instructions around the

room on each piece of equipment as any damages will incur an extra fee. We can

also arrange a Massage but this will need to be booked ahead of time unless you

leave it to chance and hope for the best.

You can also book the Floatation Tank, a Wellness Nutritional Consultation, Joove

Light Therapy, and/or a Bio Charger Session with our qualified Wellness Coach and

Clinical Nutritionist, Sarah Curtis (Owner of Havanna Wellness). These pieces of

equipment are to be used under supervision only.

The villa has a king-size bed and is suitable for 1-2 guests only.

The Luxury Wellness House has 3 bedrooms and is suitable for x3 couples, x3

singles, or a combination of both, but no more than 6 people.

Double bedroom with tv and shared bathroom/shower.

Sorry. As much as we would like to accommodate a little extra sleep in, we have

trialled this a few times and it just doesn’t work for many reasons. The main reason

is that the cleaner cannot do a thorough job in what is often a same-day turnaround

before the next guest/s arrive. We pride ourselves on a thorough clean between

guests. We thank you for your understanding.

Wellness Villa: Check-in is from 2 pm. Check out is 10am. 

Luxury Wellness House: Check in is from 1pm. Check out is 9am.

Yes.

No. You will have sticks and small logs provided for you on your balcony upon

arrival. Should you need more you are welcome to wander through the bush walk

and collect many fallen smaller branches, or you can help yourself to more logs up

near the top of the driveway.

At Havanna Wellness we are reasonable that unforeseen circumstances occur.

However, If you booked accommodation through Air BnB they have strict rules around cancellations. If possible, you could rebook a later date to avoid a cancellation fee. This would have to be discussed and rectified in a case-by-case situation. To cancel a wellness centre session please contact us 24hrs prior to your session for a partial refund and 48hrs in advance for a full refund.
