Why we L♥️VE Magnesium

Why we LOVE magnesium and often prescribe it to our clients:

Magnesium deficiency is often very common and is utilised in over 300+ biochemical reactions in the body. 

So many people these day’s are deficient in Mg due to poor diets and high stress as cortisol and adrenalin chew through our Mg supplies. 

If we do not have enough Mg, we cannot physically relax and our muscles can’t relax.  Foods to favour for increased Mg include nuts and seeds and our green leafy veggies.  

It’s crazy to think that we need 50+ molecules of magnesium to adequately digest 1 molecule of sugar. If you are stressed you absolutely chew through your magnesium stores and can become depleted very quickly.
