At Havanna Wellness we believe wellness involves self-care practices that support both physical, emotional and spiritual health.
Self-care has become a real buzz word in the wellness world and before we suggest practices to support your health at home, we want to make it abundantly clear that self-care is not an indulgent luxury. It is a necessary step towards ensuring you are able to be well both in body and mind so you can go about your day and not pour from an empty cup. Filling up your cup doesnβt have to consume enormous amounts of time, it just has to be prioritised as something of importance and value. You are worth it. Treat yourself with love and respect and make daily self care a non-negotiable. We assure you will reap the well-being rewards.
We encourage you to check in with yourself and ask your body for guidance around what it needs physically, emotionally or spiritually.
