Below is our self-care menu we thought we would share with our Havanna family. This daily practice is personal, but we thought maybe you could adopt a few of the practices to incorporate into your life or become inspired to write your own self care menu to take better care of yourself. Even just doing one or two items each day can make a big difference to how you feel emotionally and physically. 

Daily practices

Tongue scrape (copper tongue scraper within 3 mins of getting up) detox.

Walk or run + inspiring podcast ⬆️ growth.

Fresh vegetable juice 250ml - 500ml.
